There is a feed of New York City weather updates (Twitter: wxnyc), and other cities get one too. But, alas, nothing for Washington, DC. Even little Austin, Texas gets one (Twitter: wxaustin).

I tried guessing the account — wxdc, wxwashington, wxwashingtondc — to no avail. And there is no contact information or blog URL. Does anyone know who does these weather Twitter accounts?
